good place to stay

Location is amazing, near to Old City, shops and restaurants. The room was clean. A little bit of improvments would help, as are old style, but otherwise a great place to stay

Great location, very reasonable price. Unfortunately the pillows were flat and rather uncomfortable. The place is bit of a maze and your room keycard stop working if it’s in contact of your phone… But over all a very nice, convenient and pleasant place to stay in Prague.

On the whole a great stay! Little hiccup with the toilet not working properly and the maintence man not understanding me...but that was swiftly rectified in moving rooms. The breakfast is a great continental breakfast, if you wanted a hot english style youll be out of luck but the food was tasty abd seemed fresh. Id recommend the hotel with its great location, air con rooms and pleasant staff.. Thank you

Good location.

Good location for sightseeing. The room was nice. It is an older hotel that has been kept up well. The bathroom was small and the shower is very small. It is almost impossible to lean over to wash your feet. You have to be creative. The breakfast waa outstanding. There only was television for two hours of my three day stay. They said that they were working on it when I checked in and it was never fixed.

We stay in this hotel more that 5 times in last 5 years. This time it was different. Staff in the breakfast area is arrogant and look like they don’t care about their hotel guests. We come for breakfast each day at 8am picture tell you real story no food restock at that time when I questioned when they will refill empty trays I was told that they will re stock tomorrow. Next day was the same. It is time that customers be treated all the same becouse they pay for the same breakfast and management should check properly supply’s. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.
