Beauiful hotel near Wenceclas Square with very helpful staff especially at the front of house/reception. Quick 10 min walk into Old Town Square where the Astronomical Clock is, 20 min walk to Charles Bridge. Check in/Check out was really smooth. The buffet breakfast options were good, a la carté was included with breakfast but my order was wrong the first time on the first day. On the 2nd day, gave the avocado toast on the a la carte menu a try, it was the worst thing I ate the entire stay in Prague. Stick to the buffet items if you're fussy. Overall my stay was very pleasant.. Rooms were large and spacious.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was so nice and hospitable. I received two free drinks and welcome champagne. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel is really well located, about 5 minutes from the museum and 10 minutes from the old town.

I stayed at this Hotel twice during my trip to Prague, and had a great experience. First, it is conveniently located in the center of the city, allowing me to walk to shops, restaurants, major attractions, and subway stations. Second, the room is quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable. Lastly, everyone at the front desk is so friendly and willing to help me with whatever I need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking convenience, luxury, and friendly staff.

Amazing 2 night stay in the Presidential Suite. It was a huge suite with gorgeous views of Prague Castle. Very kind staff, so helpful and friendly. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. It included menu options and an awesome buffet. Great coffee including specialty coffees. We joined a Tour Party for another 3 nights at this hotel and this included a dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was certainly 5 star and the staff didn’t miss a beat with 43 Australians and New Zealanders. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Loud, loud, loud. Hallway noise. Noise from people above and next door. Also tried a simple adjustment to reduce days during a 10 day stay due to a family emergency and the hotel management wouldn't speak to me or Expedia. Not even 1 word. I approached the staff multiple times over 4 days and I was always told "we're working on it and a manager will discuss this with you tomorrow." Bad communication and lies. Not a trustworthy place to stay.
