We visit Prague several times a year, and this hotel was on our wish list. What a disappointment it was for us. We booked this hotel as a birthday surprise, mainly because of the luxurious-looking pool, but on the day of arrival, they informed us that the pool was closed. They didn't even bother to inform us in advance, and when we asked to cancel, they refused. This is not a five-star hotel, as they do not even accommodate common requests such as a quiet room on a higher floor, etc. This hotel disappointed us, but fortunately, there are many better hotels in Prague than this one. This one only looks luxurious, but the service is poor.

We specifically booked this hotel and this room because it was advertised as having a bathtub in the room. After checking in and being put in room with no tub, I talked to front desk staff who said they were totally booked for the weekend and we couldn’t switch rooms.

Check in was early and was told we would receive a call when rooms were ready. Calls never came and checked in to find rooms intolerably loud do to confluence of public transportation being outside windows. Room changes were made graciously but definitely a bad first impression.

I booked this stay last minute. The hotel you can tell at one point was quite grand, however it is in need of a few updates (tv was older etc). The furniture in the room was nice, the bed was comfy, bathroom well equipped. Nespresso coffee machine and mini bar was nice. The carpets need’s a shampooing as they were a bit stained. I would stay here again, as the location was close to the train station and I didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities. Just note that this is not an accessible hotel. My parents would have struggled with the stairs, however I will note that the porters were fantastic with helping me with the luggage.
