The hotel was fantastic. Our room had a view of the river and was huge! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Its location was excellent, just a few minutes away from the Charles Bridge.

This place is grand; an old world feel decked out with modern accouterments. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location. Daily breakfasts were superb; varied and tasty. Would highly recommend.

Great stay in Prague

Brilliant hotel, absolutely stunning and great location in the centre of the city. We had a problem with our duplex room, aircon was faulty. But the great staff sorted us out straight away with two rooms. Would highly recommend the hotel

This is a perfect hotel for people who wish to explore the old city of Prague and actually stay in the heart of it. It has an easy access for taxi service, a Lime scooter parking out front and a 24 hour front desk. It's an old building with lots of charm as well. We spent two nights here and everything was right at our fingertips. The beds were decent, the elevator was large enough for bags (yes, that can be an issue in older places) and the staff were helpful. Our room had really high ceilings and was just what we needed to crash in after a long day sightseeing.
