Clean rooms, a bit outdated interior design, if you care about that. Large rooms with lot of space to store your belongings. AC, that actually works. Very central, easy access. Friendly staff. Breakfast okey, but not for the price paid.

I needed a City centre hotel for an overnight stay after a late flight. Having visited Prague a few times I knew the area this hotel was situated quite well. The check in wasn't actually where you stay it was in another hotel along the road, it was on the information but I found it confusing when I arrived.

We absolutely loved our stay at EA Rokoko in Prague. The room qualities met our expectations in every regard, particularly cleanliness and size. The staff was most accommodating and an excellent source of local recommendations. And the optional breakfast was definitely worth the cost...wonderful variety. The hotel's location is only a few steps from both a metro station and multiple trams. In short, a perfect stay in the middle of Prague.

The hotel and rooms are fine. The outside is awful as there is construction in front of the entrance. Half of Wenceslas Square is being rebuilt, so sad views from the windows.

Had a lovely stay at El Rokoko. We'd booked a junior suite so was on 6th floor and had a lovely view. The bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee and kettle was provided. Was just by wencleslas square. Plenty of places to eat and shops to visit. The street outside is having a lot of work done, so bits were cordoned off. Will look lovely when it's all done. We could not hear any of the works going on from our room. Not far from the sites of Prague, if you don't mind walking. A lovely place for a long weekend away.

On the first day my arrival at this hotel, the receptionist (an Indonesian guy greeting with a warm smile) was kindly introducing its environment for my initial understandings; meanwhile, my arrival was quite early around 08:00am in Prague, this guy took good care of my luggage (locking it in the storage room) and grant me use their toilet for emergency demand. He also gave me a tour guide regarding Prague saying where the great view spots are and which restaurants nearby are recommended to give them a try, that's a great help. All the facilities are well maintained and cleaned at high sanitary levels; this hotel is located at the wonderful place very closed to the MRT entry and lots of tram hop-up/off stops; you can even visit the old castle area by your feet at a very casual pace in approximately 5-10 mins. In my personal viewpoint, it's worth of staying while the visitors are in Prague within their journey. Good quality with affordable prices, highly recommended with 5 stars for you guys' consideration.

It's a small entrance next to the arcade entry, in the fabulous Lucerna building that is a Landmark, including classic theatres and cinemas, shops and cafes, artwork, etc, and you could not possibly be in a more convenient location, right in the centre of everything, right next to the tram, and straight down the main boulevarde from the main train station. I got a very reasonable price for Junior Suite room, with space and all standard amenities, as well as opening windows looking down on the main boulevarde. It's called a three-star, but it's better than that, and as the most useful, practical, value for money, in the perfect location to get to anything you want to do and see, I can't see any reason I won't stay here again

The hotel is only one part of the otherwise immense building facing Wenceslaus Square known as the Rokoko/Lucerna Passage (a kind of arcade). The only real sour note in our stay involved check-in. Perhaps I didn't read the instructions closely enough, but we had trouble actually finding the registration desk. The receptionist was kind enough to have waited for us after his usual shift, but failed to catch us before we circled the entire building, inside and out, and returned, utterly baffled, to what we discovered was the nearly invisible check-in location. Other than that, our stay was uneventful. The room was quiet, accessible via the lift, and always cleaned.

Hotel Rokoko very nice

The hotel itself and staff were excellent. Room was very pleasant and comfortable. Vaclava Nameski (Wencelas Square is home to a very active night scene, so if you want a quiet accomodation, this would not be ideal
