I was ripped off, I reserved and paid everything in advance for an 18 sq m"r room with air conditioner and shower/tub combo, yet the receptionist gave me the 13 sq m"r room (included the bathroom) and with no air-conditioner, not even a fan, and no shower/tub combo as advertised, just a tiny shower.
Furthermore, the room was facing the back yard where they had 2 large chimney fans below blowing out the smoke and cooking smells from the Hotel's kitchen below, so my room stunk from those smells when I tried to open the windows. The room itself was really tiny, you could not move around in it except to jump straight on the bed when you enter.
The reception wouldn't change my room telling me they are fully booked and that in any case if I wanted the 18 sq m"r room with aircon and shower/tub combo I would have to pay them extra, even though I proved to her from my smartphone that this was indeed what I reserved and paid for and the ONLY REASON I chose that hotel over other hotels nearby who were much cheaper because they didn't advertise air-conditioner and tub. I wasted precious hours arguing with the reception instead of visiting Prague.
The only good review I can give is that the next morning I had a good breakfast.
