Great stay! It was clean, the staff were exceptional, and the accommodation was good. I would recommend staying here. It was very close to the tram so you were able to go anywhere in Prague from there.

Amazing location, neat rooms had no issues checking in as all details were sent in an email prior to us reaching the location. Easily accessible, tram and metro stations nearby, lots of restaurants within walkable distance. Attractions including Museums and within 5 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend.

The key system (app) did not work before our arrival. We arrived there around 9:30pm and we had to call from outside of the building to figure out getting into the hotel as no one was on site. They should give us other ways to provide us a code to enter the property before our arrival. If there are more information about the key system, it will be better. Once we could get in, everything was good. The location was great. The kitchenette was a bonus.

The key system was terrible. I downloaded app and sent my phone number but it never worked. We arrived late and had a hard time to get inside. They should have another way to send a guest the code such as email.

When i made reservation it said left luggage which i needed before and after stay. However as reception only manned 1000-1600 this is a problem. Luckily the helpful manager gave me my room at 1015! But after check out i had to leave bag at main station. Otherwise 5 stars.

We booked the room without special request; at checkin we asked for courtyard view for the quietness; the front desk accommodated our needs. He also gave us clear directions for currency exchanges and restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice for what we needed. It was clean and we ended up with a room that had a kitchenette. The check in was a little cumbersome but mostly because my friend and I were arriving at different times. Luckily it was easy to sort out. The place has an elevator but it is on the split level, so you still either have to go to your desired floor and walk up half a flight of stairs, or go above your desired level and walk down half a flight of stairs. Otherwise it was a great place and a great location!

This is a nice property and is within walking distance of everything you want to see. The property is “apartment” style and one has to pay extra for cleaning and additional towels. That being the only minor inconvenience.
