The service was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean, with a comfortable bed, complimentary in-room coffee, tea and water was provided. My room faced an interior “courtyard” and was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of options provided. Location, It’s about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town, convenient and a lovely walk from the other side of the river toward the Charles Bridge.

Our room was perfect, on the fourth floor with a view of the castle. Staff was extremely kind and helpful throught our stay. Excellent location! Everything is walkable. This hotel still provides the little necessary items too...toothbrush, sewing kit, etc. We had an amazing stay and will return!!

Pretty property in a great loacation. Right in the middle of town, neat a street car stop. Easy walkable area. Clean comfy room, comfy bed, even had AC. Beautiful hotel with marblw floors. Quiet. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Affordable. Water and cookies in the lobby. Would stay here again.

Lovely Location

Great communication from the hotel prior to arrival. They even sent information on booking a driver from the airport if I needed it. Location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions easily. Room was very comfortable and clean.

This is a very solid hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are well appointed, with coffee-making facility, complimentary water, and marble bathrooms. The location is excellent. The only problem seems to be with housekeeping, my bathroom was clearly not cleaned after the last guest and there were multiple hair on the floor.

Pour moi ce n’est pas une qualité cinq étoiles, nous avons eu des dés inconvénients dans la chambre de catégorie de luxe. Il n’y a pas de Room service. Il n’y a quasiment pas de personnel. Les valises voulais porter vous-même la chambre n’est pas Montre on est un peu laissé à l’abandon après niveau Emplacement, je trouve qu’il est assez bien placé proche de toute comité, il a un accès assez facile donc il y a des chambres côté route alors ça ça peut être bruyant nous on est plutôt vers l’arrière donc ça va. Par contre voilà il faut marcher y’a pas d’aide de Feu de coin fumeur interdit de fumer aussi dans l’hôtel on doit fumer comme des animaux devant la à l’hôtel sans rien du tout ça je trouve un petit peu dommage Pour le prix qu’on paye et puis détails mais on a la chasse d’eau derrière le couvercle des toilettes donc à chaque fois il faut descendre tout pour pouvoir tirer la chasse d’eau, ce qui est pas pratique du tout non plus il n’y a pas de vraiment de bar dans l’hôtel ni de Restaurant donc c’est tout à l’extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux et diversifié de bonne qualité. Donc plutôt un bon petit déjeuner mais de nouveau l’emplacement du restaurant du petit déjeuner et au sous-sol donc c’est pas terrible. Ça doit être aussi un immeuble qui est ancien mais c’est un peu mal placé. Ils auraient pu le mettre au rez-de-chaussée niveau bar qui n’est pas réellement utilisé.
