Deeply unpleasant man in check in. No VIP perks and instead put in the most horrific room. Eventually moved to the room we paid for (not an upgrade) by another member of staff after we went to the first room which was so small there was no room to put a suitcase or open a door and walk around it

Excellent value for the quality of this hotel! Large clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very well kept and upscale property. Monkey Bar restaurant and bar were great - try their exotic cocktails... you won't be disappointed! Also, try the Bredovsky Dvur restaurant right around the corner for original Czech food where locals hang out. Great suggestion by the front desk folks! Right by train station so very convenient...
