Starting to go down hill. Been here about 5 times. Started 15 yrs ago when a hotel. Over last 2 years going downhill. Dust, access for everyone now with 2 shops inside lobby! So secure door pointless from 9am to 5pm as can walk through shops. Horrendous noise outside 'roadworks' and many empty rooms at quiet side yet put us in the noisiest, dusty room. Emailed us about 3 different room numbers! Wifi in room didn't work! Told to log on to a different one. Only good thing at minute is vicinity. Come on, get back to what it used to be like or guests like me will just go elsewhere instead of being return guests.

The onlything that was missing in our suite was a tv in the living room and would have been more cofortable to have a sitting area 2 confortable chaires in le bedroom to 2 be able to watch the tv

My experience at this hotel in Prague was very disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare: upon arrival, I was greeted by a security lady in a terrible mood who spoke only Czech. After several minutes I realized she wasn’t in charge of check-in at all, and that everything had to be done via WhatsApp. I sent my last name, received no reply for a long time, then was asked for more booking details, and finally they sent me a web link… which didn’t even open. I tried to solve it by calling the customer service number, but only reached a recording. After waiting, the message said all operators were busy, and no one ever picked up. In the end, it took me 25 minutes to get my code through WhatsApp, even though they claim responses come within minutes. That gap between promise and reality is unacceptable. On top of that, the behavior of the security staff was completely inappropriate. I even made three calls from my phone, all of which went unanswered, though the missed calls are recorded. Once inside the room, the carpet was full of stains, giving a clear impression of neglect and poor cleanliness. The only reason I am giving this hotel two stars instead of one is its excellent location.

The location is amazing. It's definitely where you want to be if you visit Prague. Don't go to the small convenience stores, there is a Billa grocery store within walking distance that is normal prices. The cafe on the first floor is great. My room had a fold out couch but no bedding was provided for it. There is no safe in the room. There's a nespresso machine but no pods were provided. There is a stove element, fridge, ironing board, and great bathrooms. The area can be very noisy on weekends.

The good : It was in a great location close to the city centre. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The check-in process was very easy. The bad : Booked the "executive apartment" and Expedia is falsely advertising a much bigger space in their pictures than what you get. There are two TVs in their pictures and you only get one...in the bedroom with no seating in the bedroom, besides the bed. Expedia also claimed we get a city view but what we actually got was an "alley" view with the building 15 feet from our window under construction (and it sounds from other reviews that it's being renovated for more than four months already). The construction starts at 8am every morning so it's very loud early. Tons of drunks walking the streets at 3am and 4am shouting and singing at the top of their lungs. The carpeted floors are pretty stained, as are some of the walls...disgustingly so. The only mirror in the entire place is on the second floor in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor which makes getting ready quite difficult. The towels are very thin and of poor quality. I sent two separate email requests to the Adrez email given and neither of the emails were replied to. While the stay was okay, I highly doubt we will ever book an Adrez property ever again. Nor will we ever book with Expedia after all their embellishments on this property.

Awesome Golden Angel suites

Really enjoyed our stay . Beautiful Modern and very spacious accommodations . Only complaint is since there is not daily maid service your clean towels will have to Last a few days . Also totally awesome location in tne middle of old town . Lots of restaurants and sights .

They arranged a shuttle from the airport to their location (shoutout Michael the drift driver--he was awesome and had great English). There was a marathon/running event going on that Saturday. But he dropped us off, helped carry in luggage and got us situated. Great location, walkable to the clock square where we grabbed dinner and walked to Charles bridge and enjoyed the old town area. Great shower and apt, slept well. Amenities were nice and communication was good. The room view was great! Loved it!

Great location for our one week stay in Prague. Pay attention to the details as this is a self-check in location. You will get a code the day before your check in. You can leave your bags with security before your check in if you can't get in early. The front door is opened by code. So if your code doesn't work, you can go to the backside of the property and enter freely. This is where security is located and they will gladly store your bags. Overall, great place to stay. Room was large and clean. Would stay here again.
