I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast options were impressive, offering not only a variety of buffet items but also delicious à la carte choices. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. The location is ideal for exploring the city, as it’s right next to a tram station and just a short 6-minute walk to the iconic Old Town Square. Whether you're in Prague for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

It was nice,pleasant Staff. Breakfast same everyday except a few little things. Clean sheets and towels. The carpet in the room and corridor is definitely not clean as in 5 stars hotel. Would be nice if hotel can provide some toothpaste or toothbrush if someone will need it. Overall we had a good experience.

Superb location. Within easy walking distance of Old Town Square, street cafes, shops etc. Very clean. Staff were excellent. Rooms were very comfortable. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

One of the most charming hotels in one of the most charming cities I have been in. Quiet location in spite of being quite close to the main square; excellent breakfast, cheerful and helpful staff. All in all, a magical holiday.
