Our only complaint was that the room was too warm. We had doors to a patio that we could open, however the deck was accessible to the public which made is uncomfortable to sleep with the doors open.

Central AC is less than ideal for some people. You had already switched to “heating mode” and simply suggested to turn off the heating via control panel and open the window. This is very outdated; many hotels allow the occupant of the room to switch between cooling/heating letting them set an actual temperature; your thermostat only allows to increase or decrease whatever mode the hotel has set…

Great experience. Lots of nearby food and shopping options. Quiet area despite being a 10 minute walk from all the tourist attractions. Rooms were a great size.
