Good things: location, reception bar/restaurant staff. Rooms are you standard Hilton. Totally unacceptable and intolerable: room service and staff (this includes managerial staff) attention to it. Of 6 nights room wasn't cleaned twice, once I had to insist. Cleaning itself more than questionable: one day found my pajamas on the floor, supplies not restocked. Worst of all, manager's reaction is "I am sorry but you have to look at it from our point of view ... etc", basically the standard excuse of anyone who utterly fails in their duties. If there is any indication a senior manager or someone at Hilton looks at this and solves the problem, it would be worth staying at, given the positives. In its current state when getting your room cleaned is a fight, no way.

The Hilton in the old town was excellent.Myself and the family stayed in the Executive Suite The room was spotless. We were brought up a complimentary tray of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Comfortable hotel - the old town is right outside the door. Bedrooms a good size. The pool and sauna are small but ok. Staff very friendly. The midday checkout is a luxury you rarely get in European hotels these days.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is well situated in Old Town with easy walking distance to pretty much everything in and around the city centre. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a luxurious feel throughout, including the room. Cannot comment on the other hotel facilities such as the restaurant, as we spent days out from morning to evening taking in all Prague has to offer. A great place to stay to enjoy visiting Prague, will stay again in the future.
