We had a few issues however the managers swiftly sorted things for us which redeemed the not so great initial experience and left us feeling very happy. Our room was spacious and pleasant and the location was excellently positioned to transport for convenience.

Great hoyel with many dining option. We went to the roof bar last year and decided to stay there this year. The stay was exactly what we wanted.

The hotel standards are high and everything is impeccable. The elevator system is amazing. It is simple, comfortable, and fast. The gym and SPA are clean and complex offering everything that one needs, regardless age and physical shape.

Great view and bathtub!

This was our favorite place to stay in all the german and czech places we stayed at - we loved the bathroom (and we requested a tub!!) and the riverside view especially. It was the best place we've stayed at in a long time! We also enjoyed the souvenir store and found the prices were competitive to similar places nearby. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel but poor use of space

The hotel is huge and beautiful. Room & bathroom were large but could use better use of space. Like more drawers. (There were fake ones in the console table) Also better use of space in bathroom like hooks for towels/clothes and a vanity to place stuff. A shower curtain would be useful. Couldn’t figure out how to take a proper shower without spraying down the bathroom. No washcloths which is common out of US but aren’t the Hiltons Americans? Went to rooftop bar but only the tiny section outside, which was full, had a good view. There was a long walk on the view side to get to the bar—why didn’t they put the rooftop bar there? Also the location is on the other side of a highway making it difficult/unpleasant to walk to the sites.

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and all you needed, my only critique was the mini bar fridge was locked - I didn't intend on using products from the mini bar but it would've been nice to keep my water cool in there. Hotel was well looked after and looked like the pictures online, sometimes the hallways were a little messy from people ordering room service but again this is only a minor issue. The breakfast buffet was great, many options and all tasty, the service was also great

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE TAKING OVERNIGHT TRAIN. ROOM WILL NOT BE READY. They don't care about single travelers. They only care about groups like Viking ship cruisers and large tour groups. Everybody else can get lost.
