Well located, near a tram stop and in a nice neighborhood. The Russian style architecture is a bit pompous, but that did not detract from a comfortable one-week stay. The staff was very accommodating, responding promptly to requests for extra hangers, another pillow, etc,

Wonderful place

Beautiful historical hotel, excellent service, close to Podbaba station. Full breakfast buffet. I would recommend rooms facing the inner courtyard for a calmer sleep.

Great value and location

Great hotel value and amazing location. Very comfortable beds and breakfast buffet is excellent. We stayed many times in this hotel and will come back again. Quiet location yet close to city transportation. Staff is always very kind and helpful. We can absolutely recommend this property.

Amazing location.

This hotel has amazing location for family. Close to Prague downtown but far enough from busy tourist areas. Plenty good restaurants and shops around where local people would go. Staff is very helpful and courteous. We stayed there for our many trips to Prague and it’s nice to see that hotel property is improving year after year. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Customer Service by all staff that we encountered. Maria at the reception was welcoming and provided answers to all our questions. Food was great at both restaurants. We tried the Friday dinner buffet and service was awesome! Also at the other restaurant Jugoslav was very kind to us. Overall great stay.

Stay was great except when we asked to have our refrigerator looked at as it wasn’t cold We were there 3 days and finally looked at it ourselves. Turns out it was unplugged and noisy when plugged in but did get cold. Desk staff were told twice and obviously didn’t tell the service staff Chairs were very uncomfortable to sit in.. otherwise bed was comfortable! But worst of all we told desk staff the American flag is hung incorrectly and they just rolled their eyes…don’t fly it if not hanging it correctly. Breakfast was phenomenal and enjoyable!! Great location!!! Booked us a cab for airport and he was there ahead of schedule Enjoyed our stay
