We stayed for a week and had a great experience, all staff were friendly including front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. The breakfast has a variety of options and you don’t get bored with what’s offered. The location is very convenient close to tram and bus line to connect to the subway and train systems

The room has very strong musty smell even we had opened the window for a while. Every morning (for three days), when we did wake up, my wife and I had headaches. (We did not have this symptom when we were in another hotel next days). The hotel room has significant issue for the healthy. Contact property, don’t get any response.

The walls were thin. Two nights in a row we could hear the room next door arguing after midnight. Breakfast was good and we had lunch in their cafe one afternoon. Was maybe a 15-20 minute to the old town square.

Wonderful Stay at Majestic Plaza Hotel
We had an excellent 4-night stay at Majestic Plaza Hotel. The rooms were very clean and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring Prague. The reception team was welcoming and happily accommodated all of our requests, which added to the overall experience. The balcony in our room was a fantastic bonus, offering a lovely view of the city that we enjoyed. We especially appreciated the early check-in, as we were already in the city and needed to change hotels. It made everything so convenient! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely choose Majestic Plaza Hotel again for our next trip to Prague. Highly recommend!

Great location everything is very walkable from the area the rooms were excellent and large even by American standards. If you happen to take the train station into Prague you can actually just walk from the train station to the hotel
