The reception staff were lovely, however we found the staff at breakfast were rude, and not helpful. We went to one of the breakfast rooms and there was no seats and when I ask one of the ladies she just shock her head and didn’t help

Simply an amazing hotel for service, comfort and value! Excellent staff throughout the hotel and our room was beautifully maintained at the highest standards. A very full breakfast buffet had a wide selection of choices and was very high quality. Location was ideal to walk to the main square and lots of restaurant choices close by. We would stay here again and recomend it to friends as a great option to stay in Prague

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, the rooms were well presented and clean. Toothbrush and water not offered. Water bottle in the room for 95krona. Breakfast had a good variety. Hotel situated very close to the square. Over all good.
