On arriving, we found dirty cleaning rags in the room and the shower did not drain. House cleaning walked in on us at 6:45 in the morning. When we brought this up to the front desk, we were told we had the wrong room, but it was the room number written on our key cards. If it was the wrong room, then it is concerning that our key card opened the wrong room. The room felt older and less clean than advertised in photos on Expedia. We were disappointed with our stay.

The hotels.com descriptions were very accurate. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel had a lot of character and was centrally located suitable for walking nearly anywhere in the city. We had a great time.We felt that this hotel offered good value for money.

Nice clean basic hotel 25min walk to the old town, close to a tram stop. Breakfast is ok , my only complaint is the shower, it’s tiny and runs hot and cold and also randomly stops then starts!!

Shower in room was a 'tad' small and a very sensitive combi tap to operate the water. Would have liked milk pods with the tea and coffee seeing as a kettle and cups where provided.

We really enjoyed our stay and an excellent area to reach other places. The breakfast in the morning was terrific! Our room was huge and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel completely.

We stayed for 4 nights and overall it was a good experience. We liked that it’s set up like an apartment with 2 bedrooms. The air conditioning did not work but with windows open we had a nice breeze. Every day we came home to a clean and restocked room and bathroom. The shower is tiny and the tile badly needed regrouting with orange stains or maybe mold? But usable. The breakfast is wonderful, they work hard to keep it fresh and replenished. The staff at the hotel is not very friendly to Americans. It was pretty blatant when we saw them interacting with other Czech or European tourists compared to the moment they sized us up as Americans. We saw a lot of that in Prague, unfortunately, though we researched ahead and worked hard to be respectful tourists in their country. However, we did not let that deter us from enjoying the beautiful country, delicious food, clean and beautiful streets and culture.
