My fiancé and I are still in awe of this hotel. It is the BEST hotel to exist - not only because of the actual hotel itself, but the customer service is unlike anything we have ever experienced. The staff make you feel like family and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We got engaged while staying at this hotel and they made us feel so loved. I will rave about this hotel for the rest of my life - we are in love with Hotel Agnes and will be back again. The staff have become like family and we feel so grateful to have had stayed here for such a monumental event in our lives. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! It is a GEM of a place and please please book this hotel if you want to enhance your stay in Prague.

Oh my. Fabulous small hotel. Staff could not do enough for the guests. I would return in a New York minute. So close to Old Town Square & many excellent restaurants. Manager Victoria guided us to perfect tours- really went out of her way to assist. Frank & the 2nd Frank drove us to sites and to the airport. They offered!!!! Breakfast was the best we have had in Europe. Delicious and relaxing. If you go to Prague please stay here.

An amazing gem in Prague!
Amazing! I travel a lot and have to say I’ve never experienced the extraordinary hospitality and customer service anywhere else like I have at Hotel Agnes. From the moment you arrive until you leave, you are treated like family. They will help you plan your day and assist with reservations to amazing restaurants. The hotel is perfectly located, clean, comfortable, and I will recommend it to everyone and plan to return. Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

Best service I’ve ever had at a hotel!
The service at this hotel was impeccable. By far the best service I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly and always went above and beyond! Every time I returned from an outing they would greet me and offer me a drink . On the morning I was leaving they not only arranged my transportation but made me a sandwich and fruit to take with me. I highly recommend this place!

Our second stay at Residence Agnes. This is without a doubt the best hotel in Prague if not all of Europe. The owner ( Frank) and his entire staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible visit. I would not consider staying anywhere else!

The warm and welcoming nature of the staff makes this hotel a lovely place to stay in Prague. It’s not so big and not a larger group type place to stay. Quiet, cosey and homely after being out walking the city all day!

I received the best service from the most friendly staff I have ever encountered in my trips. They offered free transportation to the sights and train station in the city and sandwiches to go when I had to leave before breakfast. They were so attentive and literally bent backward to cater to my needs. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Prague. It will start you off on your journey of the beautiful city with a smile on your face.

THE BEST OF THE BEST PRAGUE...STAFF AND HOTEL
This is truly the one place you want to stay if you're in Prague it's centrally located and the staff cannot be more friendlier if they tried they bend over backwards to cater to every need give excellent directions always welcome you with a drink and are helpful in every way possible if you don't stay at the hotel Agnes you truly missing out on a gem in Prague this is the third time I've stayed there and it will be my go-to place every time I'm in Prague

We have stayed in many hotels over the years, regular and luxury, but Residence Agnes surpasses them all. The charm of this little tucked away gem is the first thing you notice…from cobblestone floors, to stone walls, lovely European winding stairs, (there is an elevator) cove ceiling, and the soaring mid ceiling in the lobby. However, the staff all go way above and beyond to cater to your every need. They all know your first name and talk to you as friends rather than cold employees. We checked in very late and Stefan even made us sandwiches as we hadn’t eaten. Natalie, Denise, Victoria and the other two young men whose names escape me , were so kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive that we were constantly amazed. I could go on and on but I will say the quietness of the hotel is superior and the non-governed air conditioning is sublime…

This is simply one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. We are extensive travellers and the quality of service at Hotel Residence Agnes surpassess everything else. From the moment we arrived we were greeted like friends. We received a very informative welcome brief along with some refreshments. The hotel is nearly 800 years old but has been beautifully modernised and decorated. It is within easy walking distance of all the major sites in Prague. They provide an extensive breakfast catering to all tastes. It is the servive however that sets this hotel apart. We were always welcomed back from our adventures and we gathered in the open area with other guests happily talking about the day. It was an stmosphere in a hotel that we hadn't experienced before. Our sincere thanks to all the staff ( Victoria, Stephan, Frank, Frank, Samantha, Luka Natalie) for making our trip so memorable. Truly, this is a magnificent hotel in the heart of Prague old town.

It is not often that a hotel lives up to all the great reviews written about it but this one does! We had an amazing stay at Residence Agnes. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, breakfasts were scrumptious, rooms and hotel immaculate and location was first class. We will definitely stay here if we return to Prague and will recommend the hotel to all our friends and family.

I read a lot about the personal and warm treatment that hotel guests receive, and indeed every word is true. simply wonderful. This is in addition to the excellent location, the many restaurants and cafes in the area, the palladium shopping center a few minutes away and many other shops. Highly recommended.

We have traveled quite a bit in the last few years and this hotel is the best we have stayed in. Right from the beginning, the staff made us feel at home with complimentary parking and beer. They continued to suggest things to do including the wonderful 5-hour walking tour. The breakfast was incredible with so many choices. The rooms are very clean and modern with very good air conditioning. It is very quiet and located right in the Old Town section. Would give more stars if we could.
