This hotel was conveniently located in between major attractions and steps from the tram. It didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel - I had higher expectations. The shower didn’t drain and our duvet cover was stained.

Very central location, tram stop is right in front of the hotel. Clean and spacious room, with all the amenities we need for our weeklong stay in Prague. They also cleaned our room everyday.

WiFi was horrible. We were there 5 days, and signal was always weak or nonexistent. Room clean, price reasonable. Would opt for another place to stay if ever back in Prague.

After cheking in, I was offered two loft rooms with twin beds. It had ceiling hight about 4 feet. I was told that it's hotel manager's decision despite there was a request to have double room with a king size bed. After further request and complain, this was changed next day to a satisfactory room. Breakfast options were excellent. Hotel is situated in the centre from where you can walk to most tourist attractions. Overall, I would class this was a good stay. I suggest hotel should contact guests if request can not be offered. Clearly if I would have known property will give me a loft room, i would have not booked this hotel. This raise health and safety issue living in those rooms.

This was a nice hotel in a great area for getting into the city of Prague within a ten minute walk. The breakfast was varied and good quality and the rooms were a lovely size. An amazing ice cream parlour right next door as well. Would definitely recommend

Great hotel, but be cautious if using hair dryer!

Overall great hotel in a nice convenient location. The only major concern was the hair dryer in the hotel room (used once) overheated and sparks flew out and could have caught my hair and the room on fire. Severely dangerous!

We stayed for 6 nights, the hotel Roma is in a brilliant position, easy access to Prague 1 Old Town and Charles bridge and the castle. The tram stops opposite the hotel, making journeys to and from the airport very easy as well as accessing the surrounding district. Nice bar and reception area, we loved it and will use again if when we return

Excellent Service

Klementina at reception was excellent. Nothing was a bother to her and she works very hard. Location was excellent and buffet breakfast was consistently very good.

We booked 3x triple rooms. Rooms are all good size although the room we had in the new wing is less spacious. Checkin is quick. The tram station is in front of the hotel.
