Awesome location
We loved the location and the hotel itself was amazing ! The room was very hot always at 24 degrees - we asked for the air con to be checked but nothing happened to fix it . The mattress is very firm but we asked for a mattress topper and it was much more comfortable Fabulous hotel

Nice: clean, quiet, safe, incredible restaurant. I highly suggest staying in suite #202: it has its own private spiraling staircase, that leads directly to the suite, from the restaurant.

We had a situation that resulted in a poor experience. The first morning I noticed a bug crawling in our bed. That evening, we noticed a handful of additional bugs in our bed. The overnight staff was accommodating but changed to an “upgraded room” that was old and not for tall people like ourselves. The manager was less than apologetic when I spoke to her and told Expedia there was only one bug and shrugged off the experience. Staying as a VIP here, the management did nothing to accommodate the experience and failed to respond to my email concerns.

Great location, friendly staff. Room had a musty smell that hits every time you walk in and our AC did not work. Faucet in bathroom was very wobbly. Bed was comfortable, room was large. Hard to find if arriving by car. Put address of hotel in gps, not name of hotel and call ahead because you have to drive in pedestrian zone to pull in front for valet parking.

Great decor horrible practicality and service
For a 5 star hotel, they have great decor but horrible service and dreadful breakfast (not including their buffet). Had to wait around for 15mins to be “shown” our room even though we came through after our check in time. Our bedroom was upstairs and could be an issue for order people. Hit my head on the roof waking up due the sloped low roof. Was willing to give feedback on checking out, but nobody asked.

a luxury 4-star hotel not five
the hotel with a Great location Breakfast is not a five-star level, they only offer omelettes at a price, but there are scrambled eggs, boiled, and another type that I don't know the translation for. Sometimes it can be lost, because the streets of Prague are similar, and some lanes close in the evening. They don't offer free water at all, as in five-star hotels.
