Had an amazing stay and the venue exceeded my expectations. The staff was so helpful and provided me with an early check-in after a long journey! They brought up sparkling wine to my room and all in all loved the space and comfortable took with great natural light.

Nice stay despite the noisy building work

Had a good stay but hotel room had a crack in the ceiling and the shower had poor pressure, taking ages to wash shampoo out. Bed was very comfortable and good duvets, pillows. Would have liked the beds changed at least once during our stay. Wish the hotel had informed us of the building works waking us up at 6.00 am each morning.

We couldn't have been happier to stay at the Central. The only issue we had was we were expecting to do laundry and they only have dry cleaning service which takes 24 hours to get back. They do have parking which is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The rate they told me for self parking (As opposed to their offered valet service) was incorrect and was closer to 33 EUR instead of the 28 EUR I was quoted when checking in. With those items said, it would not sway me from strongly recommending this hotel. It is within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and shops, as well as the public transportation hub just right around the corner.

The architecture of the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities. It is located very close to the Old Town. There were a lot of dining options nearby. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Many thanks to the hotel staff, we arrived at noon and just wanted to leave our luggage for storage until check-in time, but we were given the opportunity to immediately check into the room, it was so nice. Thank you for taking care of the guests. The hotel is located in a great place, within walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Public transport is 5 minutes away. There is a store and a cafe across the road. There is a shopping center on the square. The hotel rooms are quiet.

Prime location for cheap and very friendly staff

The staff was very nice, friendly, helpful, and willing to help. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helped us to solve the parking issue while another guest was also requesting something else. You could tell she wanted to help. The European breakfast was 17 Euros per person. We drove and parking was several blocks away. However, this hotel is just 50-75 meters from downtown Prague (e.g., municipal building). Very convenient and cheap per night for this prime location. The room and bathroom were small but ok for 2 people.

Good location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. The room I stayed was on the 6th floor with the kitchen ventilation outside the window (on top of the roof). In the morning when the kitchen starts to prepare breakfast, the smell gets into the room which is not very pleasant.

Amazing location - great hotel

the location is quite central to prague without being too noisy so was a perfect balance :) the staff are lovely and has everything you need. The gym was a little small however was not really a problem. Would recommend!
