Our stay at K+K Hotel Fenix was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near famous landmarks and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Big thanks to Wella from the reception team she is truly exceptional. She was so attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

The location for the city is great but surrounded by strip clubs. It’s very worn with stains on the floors and desk. I had a bath and the water was brown then they could not get the plug out so I moved rooms. The newer room I was moved to was nice, bigger and with a coffee machine. The staff are very nice, breakfast was just ok and the gym which was one of the reasons I booked was just a bench with weights.
