Not the newest building but great service and comfortable room! Great dining option and great amenities. The tv linked to the bathroom was a surprise but only enriched the experience! Close from old center and great area around.

The room is clean and tidy but the facility in the room is quite old. The shower is hard to switch to , the drain stopper of the bath is leaking and the hair dryer is too old that it is super weak for drying long hair. The pillow is too soft and flat , not supportive at all.

Nice Hotel, clean and good views across the city. Breakfast was varied and open from 06.30. Hotel is some distance from the main part of Prague but good transport links exist, although the metro didn't seem to be well sign posted.
Hotel Panorama lives up to its name with a view over the city.

Does the job well

The hotel's elevators are famously terrible, but everything else about it is very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with good views, great covered parking. I've been there three times and will be returning.

We spent two nights at Panorama Hotel for our 25th anniversary and felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, in a quiet area (around 20 mins by cheap Uber to the Old Town), and our room was spacious with a huge comfy bed, great air con, and lovely views. The highlight was the pool and spa on the 24th floor with stunning views over Prague. Staff were fantastic – friendly and thoughtful – and even surprised us with champagne and a note for our anniversary. There’s also a big shopping mall just 5 minutes away with plenty of food options. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay in Prague!

The hotel is beautiful with a spacious and welcoming lobby. The interior of the room feels a bit outdated, but it is still comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the check-in experience pleasant. However, the housekeeping service could be improved — my coffee cup still had stains from the previous use, and the bath mat was not replaced. Overall, it was a good stay with room for some improvement in cleaning services.

The hotel is great value, excellent service, staff and a nice bar and swimming pool. It’s a bit dated but was clean and the staff make up for that, being so friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a business / conference/ shopping area. 10/15 min uber in to Prague old town was reasonable.
