The hotel was in a great location. The people behind the hotel bar were not very useful - wouldn’t let you take drinks up to the room - expected you to bring the glasses down the same night

Firstly, we loved the location which was the perfect place upon which to discover beautiful Prague. Secondly, our room was perfectly clean and contained everything we required with the added benefit of a balcony which we used a lot during our stay. Overall, we would recommend to anyone requiring affordable accommodation in a great location.

Helpful, friendly staff. We left our daughter's teddy when we checked out, and the staff were very helpful with putting them in a taxi to the airport for us. The location is fantastic. Overall excellent value.

Friendly and Helpful staff
The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the old town area of Prague. It’s clean and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only negative about our stay was the breakfast. It was very random and very basic. It may have catered more for local tastes with the only hot options being soup, tinned sausages and scrambled eggs most days. No pastries or justice on offer. I would however stay there again and just have breakfast elsewhere.

A fantastic hotel in a great location
A great hotel in a great location. The room was big, clean and had everything that I needed - including a balcony from which you can see Tyn Church. My train was due to arrive in Prague late in the day, but it was easy to arrange a transfer to the hotel from Prague hl.n in advance. They gave clear instructions where to meet the driver and the 300 CZK charge was reasonable too. The hotel is in an excellent location - 10 minutes walk to Old Town Square and Dlouhá třída tram station is less than a minute away. The staff were really helpful and I had a great time here. I would absolutely stay here again the next time that I'm in Prague.

Our go to hotel in Prague! We visit often and have stayed at numerous hotels, this is now our chosen one. Large rooms with good amenities!! fridge, microwave, AC, safe, large shower. breakfast is great and free, downstairs bar with TV, always kind staff and easy parking.

Excellent location to walk all over Old Town. Staff are extremely nice. First night in Prague with total jet lag. Room next door was super loud most of the night. Zero sleep. Could hear every word they said until 2:00 am.

Good location - was super easy to walk or hop on public transportation and get around. The staff was incredibly helpful - someone was always around to answer questions or give directions. It wasn't the most comfortable bed I've slept in - but it was fine. Lots of options at breakfast and a good set-up.
