We spent 4 days in Prague after coming from Budapest and Vienna. By far, this was the loveliest hotel we stayed in. It is incredibly beautiful, comfortable, walking distance to everything and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, offering an abundance of ideas on things to do and see. The room was very large with a beautiful balcony. Bilel, the doorman, greeted you with a big smile every morning and was a joy to talk to. The ambiance here is so lovely; piano music in the lounge area and a gorgeous outdoor patio to enjoy a beverage or bite to eat. We didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant, however, other guests stated the food was excellent! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

This hotel was beautiful. We loved the heated bathroom floors that was an amazing surprise. Food was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful. The staff went out of their way for us. The concierge Olga was the best! Bilel the doorman was wonderful too! Highly recommend this place

this is not by any means a 5 star property. more like 3 star. quality of decor etc. bathroom had one thin bath towel for two people - not a bath sheet. one tiny old -school bar of soap in the entire bathroom/shower area. peacock excrement on the terrace outside our window not cleaned in 24 hours. disappointing. joe mckenna

What a great stay we had at the Grand Mark, Our room was perfect for our family of 4. We had a 1 bedroom suite, and they put two roll away beds for our kids in the living room. Great location, easy 8 min walk to the clock. Concierge service was great and was so helpful booking last minute day trips, and airport transfers. Breakfast was nice, and of course got to love the Peacocks!

This is an old ran down property which might have been a 5 stars 10 years ago. The rooms are small and very dark. The condition is horrible. The AC is barely working. Left after the 1st night. Switched to another hotel. Would never return. The fotos are fraud. Not sure how amex and expedia can recommend this and especially as the 5 stars

Perfect Place to Stay
The hotel is almost perfect. Restaurant, Spa, gym, the rooms are more than confortable! At 2 minutes from de old town. But by large the best of the hotel is the kidneys of the people in all of the areas of the hotel. Great experience
