Staff excellent, especially Eddy at reception . Room was clean and as in photo and in central area. Train station for the Airport bus is about 20 minute walk away (100 kroner, £3) or you can use Bolt app for £12 to the airport. Area walkable. There’s an Indian restaurant downstairs where dinner is lovely. The breakfasts are simple but sufficient.

They have a big air conditioning problem but they are not admitting it. It’s Central air condition. Cannot control it from the room. It’s so much hot in the room. They claim that because it’s hot outside that the air condition is hot inside 😂. I think they are either mocking the intelligence of the visitors or the management really don’t understand how air conditioning functions. They should see how touristic hot countries (Dubai, Qatar, Thailand, ….) deal with that. Staff for breakfast are friendly, limited food choice.

Completely exceeded my expectations! The location was just perfect - easy to navigate the city. The room was clean and a mirror image to online pics, and the free breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff, namely Valeria and Eddie were helpful and terrific resources. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good location for walking out, good folks on the front desk, good breakfast foods and service. good price/value. would recommend this. since we stayed mid-summer it was very warm in the room, we would recommend maybe ceiling fans installed if there is no way to make the AC cool better. All in all, still 5 stars!

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Everything is clean and sleek: the rooms, the lobby, the breakfast area. The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY helpful with information, directions, printing documents, and more. It's not right in the center of things, but it is only about a ten-minute walk to the main square, and less than 20 minutes on foot to the Charles Bridge. The Mustek metro station is five minutes away. The breakfast (which was included for me) was terrific: lots of protein foods (Czech sausages, eggs, yogurt, as well as excellent bread and decent pastries. In short, this hotel was very comfortable and very affordable, and I would definitely stay there again!

Great location in the centre of the city with all the attractions, shops and transport options near at hand. We had a rear facing room that was very quiet. Staff were delightful and the breakfast plentiful.
