Unitas was an excellent place to stay that is conveniently located in Old Town. Service and accomodations were great. If there was a draw back I would say it was in the double talk by staff on fees and extra charges for things. I heard more than once contradictory information by the same person on a topic. That was confusing. But overall my stay there was excellent.

I stayed at Unitas residence for 2 nights. The hotel staff was very smiley, friendly and helpful about everything. The room was very clean and nice, bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was close to touristic places and there was no noise in the evenings. It was in a good location. I would recommend Unitas Residince everyone.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Unitas Hotel in Prague. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Staff went above and beyond in all aspects. Would have liked to be able to prepare coffee in the room.

Excellent location. At the border of the new and old towns. Tons of amazing cafes and restaurants to choose from. Our room was clean and well maintained. We don’t usually like carpet but didn’t have any issues. Above all else, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lucie was outstanding. Many thanks for her recommendation and advice!

Great central location
Central location - easy walk to old town. Hotel staff were v friendly and helpful. Comfortable king bed. Decent sized room. Shower couldn't be adjusted to comfortable temp (was v hot). Old fashioned lock with key that needs to be handed into reception every time. Location of room was in the 'residence' which is at the very back of property (it's not clear when booking that there are 2 parts to the hotel/residence). Overall, would recommend.

I stayed 5 nights in the Unitas Residence (initially had booked 2 nights). It was not fancy (I think the hotel part is fancier if you want that). The room was huge compared to everywhere else I have stayed in Europe, and it had superb air conditioning which was a godsend because Prague was hot during most of my Sept stay. It also had a very nice bathroom with very good towels that were changed frequently, a hot water pot to make coffee/tea, and a comfy bed. The bed is not luxurious but was very comfortable for me. The people at the front desk [especially “Lucy,” and Michal (the manager)] were very helpful with cafe recommendations, best transportation to take to get to particular places, printing out tickets, and so on. They helped make my visit more enjoyable! Hôtel Unitas is on a quiet street a bit away from the crowds, but convenient to the sites and restaurants in Staré Město, as well as a short walk to the Charles Bridge and to Malá Strana and other neighborhoods across the river. It is also close to public transportation which is excellent in Prague, and free for older individuals.

This is the perfect hotel to stay in for EVERYTHING! The staff were amazing especially Ivan on the front desk. From the moment I arrived he was so very helpful and I felt anticipated what I was next going to ask. I was in a third floor room in the Residence side of the hotel that was huge with everything I needed including a street view and clean bright bathroom, kettle, fridge and lovely big bed. The breakfast had everything you could possibly want in abundance and perfectly presented. This hotel is perfectly placed for getting to historical sites on foot and for this reason I opted for not joining a walking tour which was my best decision. So as I made my way from point a to b, I would wander off track down many beautiful side streets and alleyways. I could not recommend more highly this hotel for a stay in Prague. I myself will be returning.

My husband wasn’t feeling well and they provided an early check in for him which was going an extra mile. Also we can put our bags in before and after we check out for free so we can explore Prague easily. Conveniently and safely located opposite to a police station
