I was thrilled to see my name on special guest of the day I didn’t know that was a thing. Made my day. Winston’s restaurant dinner was delicious the waitress was great. Breakfast was ok dinner much better. The bed was comfy honestly best sleep in a long time. Rooms were a bit dated. All staff was friendly

The hotel is awesome and we have and will use it again. It is clean and the staff are always great. Didnt feel comfortable walking around the area outside there were alot of drug addicts around.Didnt feel safe

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to. Bathrooms are fantastic & modern. If I had one complaint, it would be that the pillows are super thick.

The hotel is so nice and updated. The rooms are clean, beds where so comfortable, bathroom super great! We had a very late check in and found the desk staff ok but slow and seemed to have difficulties with our online reservations. While our kids melted down around us there was no sense of urgency from desk staff. When I tried calling to notify our arrival was going to be very late it took multiple calls to get the main line answered. The online text/chat feature was awful, I kept getting automated texts to reach out if there were questions but when I texted I was never responded to. For Prince George this is the nicest hotel!
