Beautifully designed new hotel. Friendly staff great breakfast! Newer beds but extremely uncomfortable! Suffered a sore back for the remainder of my trip.

The property was nice although there were clumps of hair by the hot tub showing it hadn’t been cleaned recently as it was all men when I got there. Also there were holes drilled in the shower not filled properly. Other than those two things it was clean and staff were friendly. The free breakfast was good enough quality to feed the teenagers well before hitting the road.

I loved the service at the front desk. I enjoyed the large room size. But I was disappointed that there was a toilet issue. It kept running and I would have to take the toilet back off and fix the plug

This place definitely needs an update. The rooms are definitely old and outdated. The tub was very old and we had to take the stopper all the way out for the tub to drain. There were holes in the wall where they had replaced the tv but didn’t really bother to fix. The beds were really soft too. But if you like soft beds that sink in the middle, then it's the place for you. Also there seems to be no noise dampening. Traffic noise was insanely loud as was the air conditioner. I think the most annoying part was the kids in the room above us running around like elephants until 1:30 in the morning. That was the fault of the parents though, not the hotels. Definitely won't stay again.

Most of my stay was nice! Clean room, comfy bed and we felt well rested! Most of the staff were quite friendly except for the guy who checked us in and out! We were never given directions to our room (which isn’t usually an issue except it was on the basement level but the room number was thought to be on the first floor). I had to ask and he sounded short when I asked! When being checked out I asked about the $200 deposit and was formed I would possibly get it back on my credit card! The room was left clean and with zero damage and I am still waiting 10 days later for the return! It took two seconds for my card to be approved. Why am I still waiting for the return ? I found this guy to be very rude! The rest of the staff were great!

Just the truth

We got put right at the end of s hall, by some room renos going on it was ok but the shower head holder was broken and the door slamed everytime u left .. i felt like i had to hold it to close it so i didnt bother the other rooms .. breakfast was great staff were nice ..pool was busy with kids .. over all 4 outa 5

A very modern hotel. There were only two of us but we had a huge 2 bedroom suite with 1 1/2 baths, a kitchenette, 3 TVs. The main bath was large and had a tub/shower. The bedrooms were large.

There was blood on the pillow. The bathroom door did not close properly. The carbon monoxide/smoke detector was going off for short periods of time for the whole stay. The shower was terrible. When you flushed the toilet the pipes in the walls rattled. There was leftover candy of the floor from previous guests.

Nicest room I’ve ever had!

Nice relaxing hotel, super great room and a wonderful price. One of the best I’ve ever had. My only criticism is that the mattress on the king bed was super soft and pretty worn out, but other than that the room was fabulous!
