Nice breakfast, highlight would be the yogurt and cage free hard boiled eggs. Swimming pool is really clean, with towels available. Room was very clean. You can cast on the TV. Staff were really good, they gave me an umbrella anytime I needed one. There is a computer with printer at the front. Safe deposit box, coffee in the room. Water filters available. Area around the hotel is a bit scary, so wouldn't recommend being alone after sunset.

Decent enough hotel, a Hyatt in name only nothing like another Hyatt we’ve visited before. Terrible parking and in about the worst possible location possible for Prince George.

We arrived at 315 (check in is at 3) and we were told the room was not ready and to wait 5 minutes. 30 minutes later we were told our room was ready. Once we went to our room it smelled so bad of sewage. We didn’t bother to say anything because we were so tired and we thought it will go away. The second day the smell was worse. We use to stay here on our trips but that was the last time unfortunately

We had an excellent 5 night stay.the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Sadly the hotel does not have a hot tub.:). The staff we very pleasant and helpfull
