Left our room at 9:45 AM. Took the do not disturb sign off as I left. Came back at 7 PM and the room had not been touched. Had to call down for towels and coffee. Took a long time for someone to come, and they said they checked the cameras and the do not disturb sign was on. I wasn’t aware you had to leave at the crack of dawn to get your room made up. Spent time checking cameras instead of bringing what we needed. Felt justification for not doing it was more important than providing any customer service I guess

We stayed for a night with our teens. It was a good stay and we had no complaints! The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Its right next to the casino, so the area does attract some sketchy people.

Did not like that check in is 4 pm instead of 3pm, and check out is 11. I've stayed in many hotels and the check is usually 3 pm and chrck out is 12 noon. Also the room and amenities needs an update for the price of room.
