We loved the space that was in our suite for our 2 teens and us. The 2 bedrooms was amazing! Staff were friendly and no fuss about getting towels etc. We got one of the better rooms, I think, which we appreciated! I did notice some wear and tear like the cracks in the tiles and could use an update in the bathroom. We did run out of hot water a few times and I noticed a hot water tank in the suite which I find unusual. Just a heads up there’s no free breakfast unless maybe you pay extra? Overall, I would recommend it for good value, extra space, acceptable cleanliness and the kitchen.

We spent over an hour trying to check-in. Untrained staff that were ill prepared to deal with things. Unprofessional management that had to be contacted through a social media app. When speaking with the staff we were constantly interrupted. No initiative or flexibility to try and work it out. To top it all off they ended up charging us twice for the damage deposit!
