First hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Unknown stains on chairs and bed plus a very noticeable crack on the window leading out to the balcony. Lucky for us the front desk lady was the nicest person ever and upgraded our room for free at no charge which was much better than our original room. None the less the rooms could have been much nicer for the amount your paying.

A fine place to stay.

Fast, friendly check in. Clean, open lobby. The rooms are large. Needed to ask for towels. Nice balcony but no furniture in them. No temperature controls. (Thermostat) I’ll be staying there again. Close to dining options and shopping.

This hotel is under new ownership since 2024, and they have made some improvements. Older hotel but staff are very friendly and helpful, parking is easy, fantastic location! Would be nice to have a little store in hotel to buy little items, but it is a 5 minute walk away from a mall that has all that you need. The views are amazing, new owners went above and beyond with my requests! Still getting some upgrades, but I will stay here again.

I booked through Expedia and checked out the hotel website. Upon arrival I was very taken back by the rundown location and general appearance of the hotel. The parking is on the street and across the street in a poorly maintained area. The hotel was under renovations and was very noisy upon arrival. The room was clean and tidy. I enjoyed good food in the bar/restaurant . The waitstaff were pleasant and friendly. Perhaps after the renovations are completed things will be better. I was however very disappointed.
