When I reserved through Expedia, I assumed I was getting a room with a kitchen. There was no stove to cook on. There was a fridge, microwave and sink. The staff told me it was a kitchenette which means no stove. You should make that clear on your website.

We were told there was maid service yet after a 12 work hour shift we came back to our room with no clean linen, soap or coffee. Very disappointed to say the least. Expedia fail!!!!

I'm surprised that Sandman calls this one of their hotels. The area around the bathtub was all chipped and held together with goop. None of the trim is painted. It's really rundown.
