It wasn't worth the price. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, though the cleanliness left something to be desired. The room wasn't clean—at least not to the naked eye—and there were cockroaches in it. When you mention it at reception, they act as if it’s normal. I could understand that if the room cost less than 50 euros, but not when you're paying more. Even if the staff considers it normal, I’m a guest and I don't want that; it would be nice if things were actually cleaned. The pool was clean, though, and there was plenty of entertainment. The staff needs to speak better English.

Staff were lovely. Very easy to check in, we arrived early at about 1pm so we were able to leave our luggage in the luggage waiting room. Room was as described, very clean and tidy. We had a view of the pool which was very nice. Very happy experience overall.

Great place to stay. Only 2 negative comments, first, entertainment was limited to 1 hour ???? We are on holiday and would like to dance and sing, and enjoy our evenings Second, food was basic at the restaurant, burgers, ect. We ended up eating at a nearby restaurant where the staff were so friendly and the menu was just unbelievable for the price. Apart from that it was a good place to stay but not knowing that los gigantes is built on the hillside you need to be prepared for a pleasant walk down to beach and harbour ect and a really exhausting walk back uphill in the heat, not good for us pensioners, but all in all a great place.

Another fantastic stay at the Klayman Diamond, all staff members are amazing, cleaning every day, all facilities are like new. Well maintained and professionally managed hotel.
