Accommodation spotless, facilities very good, staff excellent. Building work next door where they are building a hotel is not bad, they only have a handful of people working there each day. Estimated date of that work being completed is October 2027. This did not affect our holiday. Would stay again. Parking in roads in the area no problem.

My mum and Dad said they had another wonderful stay at The Royal Palm hotel adults only. This is one of their favourite hotels in Fuerteventura! Thank you!

The hotel is about to have a massive refit as its a bit tired in a few places, especially your own bathroom. However, we had a fantastic holiday and would return in an instant. Staff, food, bars, amenities all brilliant. Only has a week and needed more. Recommend a car hire as they are cheap, to explore the bottom of the Island. Been to 4 islands now, and this could be our favourite.

We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. The rooms also lacked basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers, which you would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. The beds were uncomfortable, and my mum experienced back pain during our stay. The hotel itself is in need of a complete refresh. The lobby looked dated, with old, mismatched sofas that certainly didn’t give the impression of a 4-star property. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, if we left our towels hanging up, they assumed we didn’t need any fresh ones and didn’t replace them. The food was acceptable, but it was very bland and often lacked flavour. The beach next to the hotel was disappointing. The sand was dark, sticky, and poorly maintained. Walking along the seafront, we passed what appeared to be a derelict building covered in graffiti, as well as a nearby camping area, which really detracted from the surroundings. The only real highlights were the swimming pool and the terrace attached to our room, which had a lovely view. Overall, we were disappointed.

This hotel was so much bigger and better than I expected. What we paid did not reflect how amazing this holiday was. Absolute bargain. The spa is great and all the staff are so lovely. The kind man at reception who helped us when my friend hurt her ankle and arranged transport for us ❤️ the food was fabulous and was different everyday. Something for everyone. Couldn’t be happier with our holiday!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Pool area was good with plenty of sun beds for the amount of guests. Due to the token system I recommend taking a bottle so that you can use it for water/soft drinks as if you want a hot drink at the same time you can’t have another cup. Food was good, breakfast was the best meal of the day for me. Also the sports bar doesn’t open until 7pm, if you want to watch something before then the staff will put it on but you have to watch on the tv outside.

The Junior Suite and balcony were very spacious and comfortable. However, the breakfast selection was exactly the same every day, and the cocktail offerings were limited and often seemed watered down. The Privilege check-in experience was disappointing, as it consisted of only a small desk located next to the main reception rather than a dedicated area. There was also no exclusive pool area for Privilege guests, with only one dedicated restaurant available. Additionally, we were never informed—and there was no visible signage—that beach chairs cost an extra €10 per day. Overall, while the accommodations were good, the amenities and service did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, this property is more comparable to a 3-star hotel.
