Horrible, very slow, food takes very long, I called for WiFi and never give me exact result, needed an extra key and staff already trying to charge me. Never will stay again, yes they upgraded me cool but breakfast staff rude as well, pool took 39’mins to give me a pina colada.

Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of options. Our room had some minor floor damage from water. Minor details but not enough to ruin your stay. Staff were helpful but some could be more attentive to the needs of guests.
