We came from 2 hours away to stay in the area. Before deciding on this establishment, we read the reviews and looked at the pics online. It had good reviews so we took a chance. When we pulled up, the first thing we noticed was the building was in rough shape, and some of the sliding screen doors were falling off. Against our better judgement, we decided to check in anyway. Once checked in, we went to our rooms where we were essentially punched in the face with the worst smell you could ever smell. It permeated the entire room. We decided we couldnt stay there so we immediately went down to the office and asked for a refund. We were given our money back but not without an attitude from the staff. Needless to say, we wouldnt recommend this establishment.

Beware! One of the beds in our room was crawling with ants, near the foot of the bed. We had arrived late at night and gone to bed immediately, and only discovered the ants after my wife had felt itchy and unable to sleep. After a fitful night, we reported the ants to the front desk first thing in the morning, and the clerk told us 1) any complaint would have to be filed with Hotels.com, and the motel couldn’t help us directly, and 2) the expected refund would only be 25% of the nightly charge. There MUST be better options than this in the region!

There was no hot water twice. We complained, it was fixed, but by the next morning there was no hot water again. After a long ski day, it was very disappointing.

The room was very clean and spacious and we appreciate the ground floor location. The heat was very noisy , but it worked. We didn't sleep until I turned it off. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain and it sprayed all over. Thankfully there were plenty of big thick towels to soak it up off the floor. We appreciated the cleanliness of the big, soft beds. An extra blanket would be good. There's no detectable scent, which is good. Our dog is a good traveler and there was another dog , but they were well behaved. My husband said the man in the office was professional and welcoming. The Inn is a good value and very convenient.

You get what you pay for. The staff was pleasant. The room was ok but cleaning could be improved. The main areas bed, bathroom were ok however the air conditioning unit was filthy and thick with dust. The breakfast was very sparse. Mini doungnut size for bagels.
