I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!

Best Western Plus Keene Hotel
TVs didn’t work. Shower was broken. Heater was very loud and falling out of the wall. Computers were down my entire stay and they disable my door cards by accident. It may be cheap but you def get what you pay for.

Be ware that a “preferred room” means a room pets can stay in, not a better room! Hallways smelled of itine on side of hotel where pets are allowed. No elevator so mugging suitcases and skis up stairs was trying. Room size large.staff. Staff we dealt with was lovely!

Check in was easy. After first night the internet shut down. Came back on late the second night. This location is under renovations. Place has an off smell. People are loud and children are loud all night. Felt like there was some kind of party going on all night from different locations. Calling the front desk was met with attitude. Very dated. I got what I paid for as it was cheap. Location was great though.
