Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff accommodated a request to change rooms after check-in as we discovered there was someone next door who was constantly on the phone speaking loudly in a voice that carried on something business related. Relocating us was very appreciated.

The room temp can’t be controlled by the guest. Room was blazing hot and windows can’t be opened. The nice staff did give us two fans but really need new hvac system that guests can control.
