Quality Inn West Springfield
When I took a shower, the shower-head was broken, so water sprayed out of the side and into the rest of the bathroom. My boyfriend had to put one of the towels over the side to prevent it from flooding the bathroom. Other than that, the staff were very nice, and the room was very clean.

The beds were super comfortable and the staff was really nice. Clean place, friendly staff. Loved everything but the fact not good place to stay with rambunctious 8 and 9 year old boys. Will definatly come back with spouse but not with kids in tow.
