Staff was very, very helpful and accommodating. Jasmine at the front desk was superb with answering any questions we had, give that woman a raise. Rooms have been nicely renovated, however the cleanliness of it was not great. I would stay here again. Price point was great, location, and the free parking was a nice touch. The staff alone is the reason I would return if needed.

The hotel was recently remodeled so everything was new and nice. Mattress was great. Heat/AC worked great. All amenities were provided in the bathroom, and coffee maker in the room. It's too bad the left over reviews are still on Google from the former hotel. A little breakfast in the morning made the stay perfect. It was walking distance from the Big E which was great as parking is a premium in the area. One negative: I think I'm too old to figure out a Roku device to get the TV to work. LOL

My room did not have a phone, the ac was old and took forever to cool the room, the chair by the desk was filthy and had dirt in the wheels, there was no bag table in the closet and the sink was clogged. There was no manager available or any handyman on premises to fix the issue. My room was changed the next day which had a phone and a bag table. The owner has to do better charging what I paid. There was no continental breakfast offered only coffee. Staff were nice but I will not be staying again.
