Had a great stay! It had everything needed for a short or long stay. The room and areas were clean. The only thing I wish it had is a smart tv or some sort of option to rent/buy movies. There was basic cable available though. Not a deal breaker necessarily. The bed was the most comfortable! I’d recommend this stay.

Our stay was great at the Candlewood Suites. All of the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The kids loved the pool and the snack room. Also, the one bedroom room was great for families and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great to go to the basketball hall of fame and MGM. It was also only 50 minutes to skiing.

Nice location near the Eastern States Exposition

Nice place to stay. Several good eateries and other shopping within a few miles, not far from Holyoke mall (one of the areas largest). Minutes from the Big "E" (Eastern States Exposition) grounds. Only real complaint: the room's two rolling desk chairs are extremely uncomfortable for sitting more than a few minutes at a time.

Front desk staff was very nice. Very good area with lots of restraurants, easy highway access. Property is old especially the bathrooms and the room heating/cooling units. Extremely loud! BUT our room and property was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
