Management absolutely atrocious

Cockroaches seen multiple times. Management extremely rude and disrespectful spent over $1500 to stay there and got treated like I hadn’t paid a dime and was inconveniencing them

Not great.

I found a cockroach in the silverware drawer before checking out. When I let the front desk employee know he simply said: ok I’ll let management know. I think at least an apology would be appropriate. The carpet in front of our door was stained and frayed. The whole place seemed like it needed a deep clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool/hot tub, although weirdly in the basement, was ok to spend some time in.

Tired and In Need of Repairs

This hotel needs many repairs and serious updates!! We’ve stayed in this location prior and had no issues, this time, not even comparable. Almost like it was a completely different place! The lobby was clean, smelled nice and staff was friendly. The minute we got to our floor (2nd), the hall carpet was frayed, very stained and seemed to creak loudly as we walked to our room. Our room upon entry seemed clean, until we discovered crumbs and candy wrappers here & there, unclean surfaces that we used Lysol wipes on ourselves. The tub had been patched & repaired one too many times that it felt like it was going to cave in. Upon hanging up a towel, the whole hook broke off. The bed seemed clean & comfortable. The kitchen area seemed well stocked, although I’m not sure I’d use anything without thorough washing. There were gatherings of people in the parking lot and some who were just sitting in their running cars…for hours?!?! It gave an uneasy feeling. Our stay was ”ok”, considering it was just one night passing thru on our vacation. Do we wish we another hotel? Yes Will we stay again? No
