This is not a very clean or new property like the photos show. Bed sheets were clean, the rest needs an upgrade. Very old hotel.

Booked a room for multiple days but broke down and didn’t check in the first day, got to the hotel to find out they sold my room to someone else and wouldn’t reimburse my money. Even tho I had already payed for the room for 3 days I tried to check in at 11:30 the next morning and I was told they sold my room and keeping my money due to no show???

The staff were very nice, the young man working breakfast in the morning was amazing super friendly. The night front desk who was working at check in was very sweet. As was the women at check out and housekeeping. Great staff!

The hotel is dirty and falling apart. The hot tub was broken which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. I would not stay here again.

I really was offended by the smell in the hallway. The hot tub was also kinda sketchy. We left right after we checked in. If we had to stay somewhere it would have been fine but not the best quality.

The phone where not working in the room the sink was clogged the shower head was filled with mildew the fridge in the unit smelled up the entire room the menu were sticky the bedding was stained. There was a fight between two room 201 and 205 between. The hours of 1 am to 3 am, I got no sleep. I am requesting a refund or another stay at another hotel.
