The hot tub was definitely hot enough. The pool was a little bit cool though could’ve been a little warmer. The female desk agent that greeted us upon arrival was amazing. The hotel was pretty dead so she upgraded us to a suite which was great the gentleman that was working the front desk during the day I believe should not be in customer service. He didn’t have a smile on his face the entire time he was not very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. Also, you really get a lot for your money plus you’re off the main road with the location. I loved it.

I reserved for a couple nights - would’ve liked to know there would also be a robotics convention at the same time and zero quiet - people running through the halls all hours and even knocking on my walls and door accidentally thinking it was their friends room /// horrible experience!! 50 people at a time in both the “free breakfast” and the pool/ spa - definitely didn’t eat no where to sit crowded and extremely loud from 6am - overall- staff was nice - I wish I stayed somewhere else also charged one extra person on my second night went to correct but again toooooo many people

Great amenities at this property great breakfast loved having the laundry available having a pool and hot tub. That was also great. The only negative is there’s a male associate running the front desk in the morning hours, and during the day he should not be in customer service does not smile and that’s what you want when you walk through the door. The woman in the evening is excellent very accommodating. They upgraded my room because it was so dead. She was a peach. I love the property because it’s not right on Riverdale Road. It’s in the back you feel safe.
