Colonial Motel And Spa
There are two sections to the property. We asked to switch rooms because it smelled moldy on the one side. The other was in much better conditions, no smell, rooms very large, and clean. The pool is run by another company and they are strict about pool hours.

The furnishing seemed new, but the room had some odors and the walls had some stains. There was a large gap in the window where the heating unit was, so it was constantly blowing to keep up and very loud.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stepped foot in. There was BLOOD SPLATTERED ON THE WALLS, mold in the shower, holes in the wall stuffed with tissue, a nasty beanie covering the smoke detector. Towels were dirty, sheets were dirty. Latchis Hotel
Room was clean and staff was friendly. It snowed overnight and staff had brushed the snow off our car for us which was nice. There is quite a bit of street noise due to the old windows not being well insulated so bring some ear plugs if you want quiet.
