The quality of the beds and mattresses was consistent with a 2-star hotel. The fridge was empty; I think there should have been at least some water(We had to buy from the vending machine located at the reception, as we arrived after midnight)There was no kettle, tea, or coffee in the room.I sent a message to the hotel before the trip, but they didn't reply.During peak times, the elevators are unusable; there are three elevators for guests and three for staff, and we used them interchangeably. On one occasion, an elevator broke down, and maintenance workers had to get the guests out.

Room wasn't that clean. Walked around for 10 minutes in bear feet and my feet were black. Also see blue slush puppy stains on the coffee table so obviously never got wiped over. Had a massive balcony with sea views but unfortunately didn't get much sun on the balcony really. Air conditioning was good and overall a nice hotel. What was nice is you can get free shuttle to the beach and back.

Very nice rooms, great location, very clean

The hotel is spectacular from the moment you arrive. You will feel like you are privileged to be there as every small detail is taken care of between the food, the staff, and the facilities. Nothing is less than five star throughout.

Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all.
