The room was cold, fireplace was in operable, big spiders in the room. On the other hand, the room had exceptional views, the hot water have a lot of volume and was hot. We got a lot of exercise up and down the stairs. We got exactly what we paid for With no real complaints

Heater would not turn off....thermostat wasn't working. Only one spoon and no glasses were provided. Had to ask for more spoons, but no glasses were even available. Only fruit cup style bowls were provided - no cereal bowls. The view from the balcony was great, except for an old dresser drawer left on the balcony. Dirty AC Unit and Hide-a-bed broken One bath towel for 2 adults? Trim missing along the wall. Baseboards in the bathroom were filthy. Spilled soap from the wall mounted soap dispenser is pooled underneath the garbage can. Onviously no-one has lifted it to clean underneath. Service was good - when we needed extra toilet paper & paper drinking cups and when there was an issue with the heater not turning off the staff promptly fixed the problem.

It was beautiful located on the side of the mountain overlooking Radium, but the rooms were older, and there needs to be a better place to eat. Dining was terrible

Sheets had dark hair on them. Pillows were old yellow and lumpy as if they’ve never been changed. There was dark hair on the bathroom walls and a knife just sitting on top of the towels in the bathroom when we arrived. The bathtub backed up while having a shower. The couch was dirty and there is no sound proofing which made the neighbours very loud

Toilet was broken and ran all night. The temperature gauge didn’t work in the shower and only ran scaling hot water so couldn’t shower - the office was not open to raise the issues about the room. The whole hotel needs a face lift - it is stuck the the 1970’s and in poor shape. Will be requesting for compensation for the 1 night.

We had a corner room on the top floor. It had the million dollar view of the town below and the mountains around us with the 2 large decks that we had.The chalet itself looks majestic up on the side of the hill. I like staying there but the rooms still looks and smells like they are 40yrs old. Also being on a side of a hill it was not close to anything while having basic amenities.
