The property was okay, but what I don’t like is, no desk staff. Much better to have a staff especially no internet on the mountain. I can’t open my files on my phone, even my phone is no signal at all. I have to drive back just to find a signal and can open my files and emails.

The home was absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do the home justice. Even more beautiful in person. Every one of our wedding guest we’re in awe of not only the home, but also the views of the mountains. Corinne was also fantastic to deal with.

Stayed in the family suite, it was nice to have separate beds for the kids, but the room needed updating. The bathtub haf some questionable scratches on it, bathroom just needed updating in general. It had a bit of a musky smell when we got in there but we got used to it. It was in a convenient location with a lot of services and stores around it.

The views are amazing from the Skyglass cabins. Nothing like it. Bring pillows, you get 4 small pillows on a king size bed. But other than that, it was a very relaxing stay.

Excellent airport shuttle, but room cleanliness and amenities need improvement. Our stay overall was just okay-not terrible, but definitely left room for improvement.

This hotel exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly spacious with all the amenities you need. It included a small kitchen with utensils and plates which came in handy in a pinch. Front desk, staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant.
