Airport Pick up service for very helpful with my parents traveling alone

The hotel provided all the essential amenities like hair dryer, bathing essentials, kettle, and bottled water, etc. The staff was helpful and provided us with a room upgrade. The gym, swimming pool, and bathtub were nice, and the spa services were really good. The location is walkable and near to many cafes. The in-house restaurants are also top-notch but were a little expensive. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was awesome. The only negative was that the TV was not a smart TV. Overall, it was a really nice stay.

I ordered to the restaurant for ice cube but they didn’t deliver. I called him three times and I have to go downstairs and complain at front desk after they deliver ice cube. I feel very insulting front of my 2 guest.

The rooms were very small without any amenities. Surprisingly, the restaurant and other facilities are below average in terms of quality and offerings. The food quality was awesome and in-room dining was absolutely below par. It was a terrible experience as it is no value for money. Even the quality of the breakfast and the spread is ay below par than any other hotel of the similar tarrif and class in the Aerocity. Very very disappointed.
