Needs to be upgraded, definitely has potential.

There was a smell present in the room. Additionally, I could not get into my room twice in a row. My keycard was not working and the door seemed tricky to open and close. As a woman, I was quite concerned with my safety. When asked by the staff “ if this was common?” And they said “ No”. Food was otherwise good from the restaurant. Overall stay 2/5.

Room was not as clean my pillows had make up stains and the hotel was fully booked when asking for extra pillows they said theres none. The person at front desk deep he was very rude and kept telling em check in is 4pm but really I was just asking him if my reservation was on his screen. There was flys in the food area when eating breakfast too not as helpful

Always nice and clean.

Allow time for check in on game day only one guy working other manager runs around looking busy and helps no one check in. And no early check in was allowed. Rooms clean and breakfast ok

While the room says non smoking , people smoke right outside our door ( I moved a very full ashtray further away ) Glad I always bring air fresheners ! Due to bad weather we had no hot water to shower for 2 days and out Tp was not refilled and we went to check out at 7 am but no one was in the office till 8
